Circa 1820, Pair of Carved Walnut Putti Figures (Italian)
 
A very fine pair of early 19th Century Cherub figures, finely carved from walnut, originating from Italy. The figures are flat at the back and have holes for wall fixings. Would make stunning bookends. The figures depict a Rococo and Baroque style, winged putti over sheep.

Very good attractive condition with no damage or signs of repairs.
