This heavy cast bronze, arts and crafts floor lamp, stamped F&S for Fraday & Son, is a superb example, with a haxaganol upright and subtle detailing, which leads up to the trademark Faraday switched top with brass lamp holder.
Wired with black twisted flex.

HISTORY OF FARADAY & SON:
Faraday & Son was a renowned London-based firm specialising in high-quality brass gas and electric lighting, founded by Robert Faraday - brother of scientist Michael Faraday - in the early 19th century. Renowned for Art Nouveau and Arts and Crafts styles, they produced fixtures like chandeliers, sconces, and Pullman lamps before merging in 1919.
